Getting Started Online
Getting started online is quick and easy. Open your Internet browser (Microsoft© Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox® or Safari) and go to www.ascendfcu.org.
Open your web browser and
go to www.ascendfcu.org.
Enter your Account Number and Password, then click Login.
Dial-up users or users with slower Internet connections can click here to log in. You’ll enter your Account and Password on the next screen. View Login Screen.
You may be prompted to answer additional security questions to validate your identity.
As a security measure, if you or someone attempting to gain access to your account uses an incorrect Account Number and/or Password three times in a row, your account will be locked from access until Ascend is notified. If this occurs, please contact our member service number at (931) 455-5441.
