Set Up MFA Security
Upon initial log in, you’ll be prompted to set up your MFA Challenge Questions. Simply choose your questions and
answers, your security settings, and continue to access your accounts. These questions will be used to verify your
identity should you log in from a computer you don’t normally use to access E-BRANCH.
Note: If you clear your cookies, you will be required to answer your security questions on your next login.
Choose questions from the drop-down menu
and enter the appropriate answers.
Verify and re-enter your email address, then click Continue.
Review the security settings and choose the appropriate option for the computer you are using. Click Add it Now to complete the security set up. You can edit these settings at any time through the User Options menu.
