Member Commitment Statement

As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative, Ascend Federal Credit Union is committed to advancing the credit union movement. We will meet this commitment by reaching out to individuals within our field of membership and through the provision of quality financial services to our members. We will continue to deliver a wide range of low-cost products, convenient services, and competitive savings instruments to the diverse economic and social make-up of our existing and potential members. We will strive to develop better ways to serve the underserved portions of our existing and potential membership so that all may become self-sufficient and financially secure. In addition, we will continue to educate and inform everyone of the value found in credit union membership.

Ascend Federal Credit Union will continue to monitor and communicate our services to members in a meaningful way so that existing and potential members, legislators, and regulators will understand and appreciate the unique role that member-owned financial cooperatives play in their lives.
