Ascend Federal Credit Union offers two home equity loan products: Easy Equity and Equity Express.

Easy Equity is a fixed-rate home equity loan that allows you to borrow 90% of your home's appraised value up to $50,000. Get great low rates on terms from 36 to 120 months.

Equity Express is a revolving line of credit secured by the equity you have accumulated in your home. With revolving credit, a maximum credit limit is established, and then you can borrow from your account whenever you need funds. Borrow as much as 90% of the standard mortgage appraised value of your home, less any balance owed on your first mortgage.

With Easy Equity or Equity Express you can:

• Consolidate loans at a lower interest rate
• Make home improvements
• Purchase a vehicle
• Take a vacation
