A draft is a check, so we call our checking account a Share Draft account. The account is opened with an initial deposit of $20 or the establishment of payroll deduction or direct deposit. But why choose our Share Draft account over a checking account somewhere else?

Our Share Draft account earns interest, or dividends, on the daily balance in the account. Those dividends are credited back to the account every month.

Also to help you keep track of your finances, we will send you a monthly statement listing transactions on all your credit union accounts.

For qualified Share Draft account holders, we offer our Visa check card called the Freedom Card. Simply use your Freedom Card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, sign the receipt and your purchase is complete. Your purchase is deducted immediately from your Share Draft account.
