It's as easy as dialing 1-931-455-TONE (8663) or toll-free 1-800-342-TONE (8663). An automated voice will greet you and walk you through your options. You can speak your selections or use the number keys on your touch-tone phone to do a host of transactions:

• Check account balances
• Verify cleared checks
• Verify loan balances, payments made and payments due
• Make loan and Visa card payments
• Transfer funds
• Withdraw funds and have a check mailed to you
• Change your PIN
