* The Visa gift cards cannot be used to pay at the pump for gasoline, hotel and car rentals. The card will be activated 24 hours after it is purchased. A monthly fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your balance in the thirteenth month after 12 months of non-use. This fee will occur each month until transaction activity resumes, card/funds expiration, or the available balance reaches zero, whichever is earlier. Complete disclosures are provided at the time the card is purchased.
