The credit union establishes remote deposit limits based on account activity. If your registration is approved, your established limit will be included in the approval email.
Remote Deposit Capture
Deposits made within 30 consecutive days are counted toward your “rolling 30 day” limit. For example, if you make deposits of $500.00 on March 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, you have reached your $2000.00 deposit limit for the 30 day time frame. On March 31st, the March 1st deposit will fall off giving you a $500.00 available deposit limit. On April 1st, the March 2nd deposit will fall off giving an additional $500.00 limit, and so on.
You need to verify you are logging in using a supported device (iPhone, iPad or Android Phone) and you are running the most current version of our app. If you still do not have the Deposit tab, you may need to uninstall and re-install the app through the Play Store or App Store. Note: Remote deposit is not currently available on the Android Tablet App.
First, power the device off and back on. If the problem persists, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app. If you are an iPhone or iPad user running iOS 8, you need to make sure the camera is enabled within the app.
Click Settings, click the app name, click Privacy, Enable the camera, then close the app and try again.
