You can use SMS/text messages to monitor your account.
Use text messages to check account balances, the last five transactions, and transfer funds between accounts. Get a text when your account balance falls below a certain amount or when a large payment or deposit clears your account.*
To register for SMS/text messages, log into E-BRANCH and click “Additional Services” in the tool bar. In the drop down menu, click “Mobile Banking and Alerts.” Complete the requested fields, and click “Save changes.”
*While Ascend will not charge you for text messages, standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive messages. Please note that while balance inquiries and transactions are real-time, alerts are not. Alerts will only be distributed three times each business day at 8 a.m., noon, and 4 p.m. CST.
